BUDGET:You can have this deck for less than 50$ or less than 10 tix on MTGO (May 2017). It's easy to improve it searching for: better dual lands (Port Town, Irrigated Farmland, Prairie Stream), better removals (Fumigate, Cast Out), Better Counters (Disallow) and the great Torrential Gearhulk.

Standard Legal: Until October 2017 (Battle for Zendikar, Oath of the Gatewatch,Shadows Over Innistrad and Eldritch Moon leave the NEW Standard Rotation).

Wincon:

Tempo the game until you can cast the second Approach of the Second Sun , for an alternate wincon you have Dynavolt Tower

Why I use Awaken cards Scatter to the Winds and Planar Outburst ?? because they are cheaper than Disallow or Fumigate, and they add a Land-creature for an Alternate wincon.

Gameplay:

Turn 1: Tapland

Turns 2-6: Keep mana up for control (counter, instant removal...) or flash some draw card at the end of your oponent's turn

Turn 7+: If Game is Controlled (or if the oponent control player is tapped), cast 1st Approach of the Second Sun.

Turns 8+: Dig for the 2nd Approach of the Second Sun and win.

Keep the Board Clean, Flash your blockers and draws, Remove threats, and finish with Sun or Tower.
