This deck is good especially in Control You have enough counterspells and cards that can exile your opponent's permanents you have answers to everything. i didn't put in Teferi because like i said this is a budget deck but if your rich enough though maybe you can slip him in. this is in a way a cycling deck. best card for me is the Seal Away.
