So to tell you the truth I didn't expect much out of this deck when I first started creating it, I really liked Clutch of Currents and Rush of Ice as I thought 5 mana was pretty easy to get to, and Halimar Tidecaller seemed nice because you could re-play cards easily. However after building out the first rendition of this, I proceeded to win my next 3 games against major meta players (Aktara Red, Jeskai Black, Azban) and realized maybe there was something good about the deck.

Halimar Tidecaller is basically Snapcaster Mage that gives all my other creatures flying. Planar Outburst is a one sided wipe when things get nasty. Displacement Wave was replaced with Descend upon the Sinful so we always have 6 boardwipes to build up our game.

Metallurgic Summonings really makes this deck better, although I may replace with Cataclysmic Gearhulk after playtesting. authority of consuls helps against our worst matchup, aggressive decks.
