Maybeboard

Mono blue doing what blue does best, drawing cards and saying no. Its simple really, ask for permission from me or have everything you love get countered. If it advances your board state too much or enables you to do something progressive than you can't have it. This deck wins by burying your opponents with card advantage and counterspells. Draw loads of cards and let your mass of counter magic keep them busy just long enough to combo out. Although there are multiple combos here almost all end pretty much the same way, with Laboratory Maniac winning the game. Suggestions, comments, questions, and upvotes are always welcome and appreciated.

"I would expect that the so called "mighty" Heartless Hidetsugu and his band of dullards the Hyozan Reckoners are nearly here by now. I have reason to believe the foolish ogre will make the mistake of mounting an assault on my home, Minamo, School at Water's Edge. My informants tell me this a quest of vengeance for the death of his witless apprentice Kobo. It would seem that Choryu, a skilled water mage whom trained at this school has drowned him after a short battle in which the Orochi captured them all. Choryu has returned here seeking sanctuary and he will have it. Hidetsugu, the always arrogant and short tempered fool, will find this school to be not so easily overcome. We have many skilled mages here and a great dragon spirit, Keiga, the Tide Star, to defend against his invasion. My only concern is for some of our priceless ancient scrolls that should they be destroyed could never hope to be replaced. I have hidden them away in a secret place unknown to all others. In the unlikely event that I should perish during the coming battle this knowledge may forever be lost. Come the morning, when the smoke is clear, we shall begin to rebuild." -Azami Ozu

SYNERGY

Isochron Scepter - This card has many good cards to imprint and has the benefit of letting me use and reuse otherwise one shot spells. Good targets for this include Swan Song, Arcane Denial, Counterspell, Cyclonic Rift, Mana Drain, Muddle the Mixture, Mystical Tutor, Negate, and Pact of Negation. Additionally it can lock one player out of the game with Memory Lapse or Boomerang in the early game.

Elite Arcanist - Every bit as good as the Isochron Scepter this guy has the added benefit of being able to imprint more cards. In addition to everything mentioned with Scepter he can let me reuse Cancel, Cryptic Command, Discombobulate, Dissipate, Dissolve, Dream Fracture, Foil, Force of Will, Rewind, and Spell Crumple. He additionally can lock one player out of the game using Capsize, Hinder, or Wipe Away.

Enter the Infinite - This lets me draw my whole deck. With Psychosis Crawler that can be lethal damage and with Laboratory Maniac and any way to draw a card or two I can almost instantly win.

Tamiyo, the Moon Sage - Although her emblem is almost a guaranteed win by itself using Rewind is even more devastating.

Psychosis Crawler - This is a staple and often a viable win condition for this deck. With the ability to draw 4+ cards per turn his damage output is amazing and his P/T is often rather respectable, especially when compared to the other creatures in this deck. In terms of synergy simply look at anything that lets me draw multiple cards.

Intruder Alarm and Pemmin's Aura - These cards are great enablers for this deck. Although not especially powerful on their own they can let me abuse many of my creatures multiple times a turn. Usually I can produce immediate results by repeatedly tapping things like Arcanis the Omnipotent, Elite Arcanist, Ertai, Wizard Adept, Jace's Archivist, Patron Wizard, and any wizard with Azami, Lady of Scrolls.

Filigree Sages with Training Grounds and Gilded Lotus or Khalni Gem produce infinite mana and with my general, infinite draw. Add Laboratory Maniac to the mix for a win.

Minamo, School at Water's Edge - There are many legendary permanents in this deck including Azami, Lady of Scrolls, Ertai, Wizard Adept, Kozilek, Butcher of Truth, Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir, Vendilion Clique, Venser, Shaper Savant and Boseiju, Who Shelters All but the real synergy is with Arcanis the Omnipotent for mass draw power and Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx for loads of mana.

Thought Lash can let me exile my entire deck to enable Laboratory Maniac for the win.

Mind Over Matter - This is one of the most broken and best cards in the deck. It allows me to really cash in on the card advantage I have spent most of the game developing. Additionally it can generate infinite draw with Azami, Lady of Scrolls, Arcanis the Omnipotent, Jace's Archivist, Otherworld Atlas, and Temple Bell. I can use Kozilek, Butcher of Truth to recycle my graveyard or force other players to draw out. The second option is to use Laboratory Maniac to draw myself out and win the game.
