This came from the thought that Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim is a cheap toolbox of a commander that flies under everyone's radar. There are a suite of life gain cards that look jank on first look, but can trigger an Exquisite Blood infinite combo. I've got sac engines with cards like the commander and Ashnod's Altar with cards like Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Butcher of Malakir etc. Also, use the high life total as a bank for removal like Toxic Deluge and pingers like Exsanguinate.

Any help making this more efficient on a budget would be great.
