AD NAUSEUM, THE DECK!

PLEASE CHECK OUT MY NEW ORZHOV PROJECT INSTEAD -- LURRUS OF THE DREAM DEN

Ayli herself is basically irrelevant to this straightforward Ad Nauseum deck. It's inspired by the strategy of cEDH Grenzo -- pursue one combo, as fast as possible. White has the added benefit of protecting our combo from interaction.

Unlike most Orzhov nonsense, the combo is fairly compact. If you're not playing against any blue decks, you're probably safe (hopefully they don't have Silence, Teferi's Protection or a matching Angel's Grace) just grabbing Ad Nauseam + Angel's Grace and winning that turn. In lieu of that, we need three pieces:
ad nauseum in hand + Phyrexian Unlife (on the board) or Angel's Grace (in hand) + Silence effect (lots of redundancy here).
Our winning combo is to draw our entire deck with Ad Nauseam, then use mana positive rocks to discard our opponents' hands/remove threats/prevent noncreature spells/destroy permanents blocking our path, and Sickening Dreams to the win.

The only real combo is ad nauseum + Phyrexian Unlife/Angel's Grace. Supporting that we have crazy amounts of removal, discard, stax, etc. Ayli, Eternal Pilgrim is there to act as a deterrent, and she has light synergy with Tidehollow Sculler/Mesmeric Fiend/Leonin Relic-Warder, allowing you to permanently exile a card instead of returning it after.

IF YOU DON'T PLAY WITH PROXIES/AREN'T RICH:
It's a tough deck to play. Ayli, and really, any of the Orzhov commanders, are pretty jank. The classic Ayli combos with Exquisite Blood and the like simply require too wide a board with too many vulnerable, high cost combo pieces to function. Likewise Teysa, Orzhov Scion with Painter's Servant or Darkest Hour, which still needs a sacrifice outlet, profit on those triggers, and an extra creature. This Ayli is meant to compete with other silly, "stretch goal" commanders like Niv-Mizzet, Ayula, wheel Kykar, etc. If you want to build this deck on a budget, tutors will be your biggest issue. I would swap out much of the explosive mana generators for higher cost control cards with longer game value, and in place of the current tutors, some consistent draw cards, like Twilight Prophet or the various nerfed versions of Phyrexian Arena.

Beware the quick win decks! Your low cost discard should be used for hazing decks you expect to win t3-6.
