So the deck plays as ridiculous as expected. Most people are down with getting hugged up on then wonder what the black is for. Oros, the Avenger doesn't scream hug so they're somewhat suprised when i start giving cards away with Master of the Feast and his various card giving friends, Then laugh in joy as Starke of Rath travels around the board like a bad case of herpes.

I've never understood group hug decks... how do you expect to win, by helping everyone to death?

@ corythackston: Group hug decks either don't intend to win or they win by boosting everybody but mostly yourself with cards like Braids, Conjurer Adept and a deck full of leviathans, krakens, etc.

Basically this one tries to trick everyone into dumping mana into an Alliance of Arms or accepting a massive Tempt with Vengeance the playing Massacre Wurm . Lol because it's dirty and funny.

Mana Barbs is great, and if you add a bunch of mana rocks, it doesn't affect you as much.

I don't know all of the good cards in the format because I am new but one card that i like is Harvester of Souls maybe it could be useful for more card draw. I started building my first deck to play with my other friends and i need help with the lands and other aspects of the deck but besides that the commander is Ruric Thar, the Unbowed and the deck is 100% All Natural Beatsticks

I always enjoy a good Spellshock . Sure everyone can cast spells, but you get shocked everytime.
