Avacyn cruel control uses her ACTUAL favorite weapon: the worldslayer. Yes, she does prefer this to her signature spear. Utilizing board wipes, she keeps your enemies off your heels while you set up your plan: using the same board wipes as before, but now only affecting the enemies. If you are lucky, you can get the worldslayer out while avacyn is fielded, causing all of your enemies to concede quickly. Avacyn suppresses all hope for her enemies, instead crushing them mercilessly. With enough ramp to get avacyn on turn three, you can get your engine running by turn 4! If you are unable to get avacyn, Elspeth will give your stuff indestructible for the rest of the game if you can get her to go off. What is all of this crap about mono white being the worst in EDH?
