The idea behind this deck is to create a diverse army that is different in every game. This is done by it having a large variety of slivers, so every time you play you get a different layout, resulting in a different strategy. This creates a difficult position for opponents in sanctioned matches as they will swap cards from their sideboard and all of a sudden the strategy is no longer the same, making their entire preparation essentially useless. Through casual playing, I have determined that it works quite efficiently, especially with the Manaweft Sliver + Aurelia, the Warleader combo which gives you a lot of mana. This is especially useful because of the fact that the black and blue slivers require mana that the basic lands don't produce. When playing casually with my friends, I tend to throw in Door to Nothingness because Manaweft Sliver works well with it. Through experience, this deck is quite effective in 2-Headed Giant matches, Solo matches and even Free For Alls. If you have a question or any feedback/ideas feel free to post it.
