saw that merfolk is a thing and wanted to make my own version cause it looked really funny

The main pieces are the same as most merfolk decks that are successful Aether vial being a crucial piece and the two 2 drop merfolk lords.

Merfolk (AKA Fish) Primer for this deck:

Key to the deck is found in Lord of Atlantis, Master of the Pearl Trident, and Merrow Reejerey as lords and being able to put them in play (or at least the first 2) with Aether Vial making them immune to being countered and to provide combat tricks or EoT effects.

Besides the Lords it utilizes other merfolk like Cosis Trickester (which combos well with Path to Exile) , Cursecatcher (judges familiar but merfolk type), Silvergill Adept (a staple of any list as it provides card draw and if you vial it in you dont need to reveal a card from your hand.), And lastly a more personal touch in Sejiri Merfolk who provides an aspect of life gain against burn and other fast decks that you want to stay alive against.

The deck uses a handful of disruptive spells and removal as well with Path to Exile being the sole reason for the white splash, Vapor Snag which provides quick creature removal for a turn disrupting the opponents tempo or as a sort of counter spell to deal with removal or even a sweeper, and Spreading Seas probably one of the more important cards in the deck not only does it screw over any opponents not playing blue by replacing their lands with islands, It sets up islandwalk provided by the lords and also cantrips. The sideboard is littered with counters due to the weakness of fish as an agro tempo deck which is that it does not do well against disruption of creatures i.e Lightning Bolt is an early game enemy, Dismember, Abrupt Decay(though the sideboard doesnt assist against decay thats where vapor snag earns its keep)

Feel free to test it against what ever and if you like it feel free to +1 or comment.
