**UPDATED**I added some more early drops to make this deck more fast paced had way to many 4+ drops so added in some Boon Satyr, and Experiment One and took out 2 Vorel of the Hull Clade and added 2 Dreg Mangler instead. I am taking this deck to FNM tomorrow and I would like to know feedback before hand thanks.
I've found that Prime Speaker Zegana can be loads of fun with Corpsejack Menace . And you have enough ramp to make her possible. If you do decide to run her, I would recommend only two. Personally, I would take out the Ceratok and both Vorels (who have never really worked for me) and maybe add another Ooze.

I would take out Mistcutter Hydra and add Kalonian Hydra. B/U/G 1/1 counters works, but i find black green counters more efficient. But yes, 1/1 counters kicks butt!

I've switched out gyre sage for those before and it made my deck not do as well because gyre sage becomes a beast

That's true. It's much better late game for attacking and for mana. Just doesn't help too much early game!

Basically my early game sits nice with Cloudfin Raptor Experiment One Scavenging Ooze and Boon Satyr all of my 2-3 drops evolve him for my bigger stuff, what about Hero's Downfall instead of Putrefy for pesky ass planeswalkers, if so how I would I adjust mana?

The double black on Hero's Downfall
would definitely be a challenge. I would say take out the Temple of Deceit
for another Watery Grave
and take out an island for for another Overgrown Tomb
. I would also take out an island or two for swamps. That should give you 8-9 black sources.

Do you think losing that much blue could effect my blue draws?

I don't think so, especially with creatures you're casting have at most one blue. You can always have 4x watery graves and breeding pools. With 3 or so islands that should be plenty. You might want to run 23-24 lands, though.

Whatever isn't working for you, really. Maybe the rapid hybridization or a creature or two? Depends on what's not been working best for you in play.

I think with some tweaks. Probably needs a little more focus, either on creatures and counters or salvage. Most creature-heavy decks at the moment are real fast aggro, though.
