Atraxa "win counter" proliferate

Maybeboard

Hello I'm quite new to magic and the commander format. I could need some help with my new Atraxa Commander for multiplayer games. I bought Breed Lethality and changed already most of the Cards because the Creature heavy approach of the pre-constructed Deck seemed bad for multiplayer where the board is wiped every other turn. What is left is most of the artifact ramp package and landbase. The Deck is build on a budget obvious upgrades like the Duallands are too expensive for me at the moment. But If there are cheaper ways to improve the landbase I'm very open to suggestions. On the bottom I listed some cards that could be a great asset to the strategy of the deck. Overall I think the hard part is not to find good cards. But to decide which of them not to include.

I would be glad if a more experienced deck builder could give me some advice in generall and/or in response to the following questions:

-Are some of the proliferate cards I included just too bad?

-Did I go overboard with Tokens?

-how to deal with artifact hate and cyclonic rifts?

-after I slam down darksteel reactor I have to wait a whole turn to start proliferating. So even with the best setup it takes at least two turns to win. is that too slow?

Long-winded explanation of the deck below

Win conditions and the Proliferate Engine

My deck tries to abuse proliferate synergy to win with either Darksteel Reactor , Azor's Elocutors or Ichor Rats (in that order I guess). Because these cards would be very slow with just Atraxa. I included pretty much all the proliferate and Counter doubling cards I could find. This are a lot of cards to win but most of my deck tries to abuse the proliferate engine. Notable Cards that can put a clock on the table are Contagion Engine and Vorel of the Hull Clade. With Teferi, Temporal Archmage out they can activate twice to quickly get to the magic number. Deepglow Skate can double all kinds of counters from hand. Should all fail for some reason and the game devolves to a grind there should be still enough high value cards like Titan Forge, Hoofprints of the Stag and Kiora, the Crashing Wave to fight for the board. With Atraxa, Praetors' Voice + Odric, Lunarch Marshal and Garruk Wildspeaker potential ways to close out the game.

Ramp

The artifact ramp alone seemed too slow and unreliable so I included some pretty standard green ramp cards like Cultivate, Kodama's Reach and Birds of Paradise. I also exchanged some of the less useful mana rocks for Everflowing Chalice, and Coalition Relic that can better take advantage of proliferate. Astral Cornucopia gets huge quickly in this deck and can provide insane amounts of mana with Teferi, Temporal Archmage or Mana Bloom is an enchantment that provides me with one colored mana every turn (with Atraxa out) and doesn't die to Vandalblast.

Draw

I got rid of most of the +1/+1 counter styled draw cards of the original deck. Only Fathom Mage remains. Instead I put in Necropotence and Mystic Remora as more reliable draw engines as well as Etched Oracle who seems to be made for a deck like this. Kiora, the Crashing Wave and Teferi, Temporal Archmage can draw cards as well.

Stall

To not die before my proliferate Engine and win con's are assembled I left in most of the board wipes of the pre constructed Deck and included Smokestack and some Token generators that use counters. If the big mana rocks are out Catastrophe can destroy all lands to give me more time to proliferate. Ethersworn Cannonist slows down most opponents and Simic Manipulator steals creatures.

The other cards in the deck are either tutors or utility to make the other components more reliable.

Cards I consider as strict a upgrades and will include if I get them:

Duneblast -> Cyclonic Rift

Sublime Exhalation -> Toxic Deluge

Hoofprints of the Stag -> Luminarch Ascension

Cards I would try out/somehow squeeze in if I had them:

Doubling Season

Spike Weaver

Gyre Sage

Vampiric Tutor

Demonic Tutor

Updates Add

After thinking about the suggestions I made some rather big changes to the deck. I realized that I was trying to go in multiple directions at once and had to cut something. So I cut Smokestack, Catastrophe and some of the clunkier token spawner's to focus more on the proliferate synergy. I think Smokestack is a great card but fits in a different kind of gameplan. I replaced it with Parallax Wave which has an immediate impact and feels good for removing dangerous commanders. I also agree that Ethersworn Canonist felt out of place so I put in Spike Weaver.

I also updated the landbase. I added more painlands, the depletion lands and more lands with storage counters. Another cool land I found is Llanowar Reborn. While cool most of the non basic lands come into play tapped so hopefully the deck didn't become too slow/unreliable. After taking out almost all of the basic lands the green ramp cards that fetched them had to go as well. With Jeweled Amulet I found another cheap artfiact with charge counters and with Druids' Repository another ramp enchantment that utilises counters.

Necropotence and Mystic Remora are staples but they felt a bit redundant with the amount of draw that comes with the planeswalker and proliferate package. Instead I'm trying out Skullclamp and Jace Beleren who can be tutored better and feel a bit more natural in the deck.

All that freed up space for Rings of Brightearth, Quest for the Holy Relic (which is a really cool way to grab them I think), Magistrate's Scepter (a great card with proliferate and Terefi out) and Myojin of Night's Reach (good defensive card and potential win condition with proliferate). While the deck still needs fine-tuning I think overall I'm moving in the right direction.
