Quick Budget upgrade for Atraxa focused on the theme of +1/+1 counters. The first round of new additions.

Not quite sure on the balance of mana, and mana ramp. I think I'm good on targeted removal and board wipes, especially on a budget. The deck is casual focused and not intended for a super serious meta, but more power with budget cards would be welcome.

There's a few cards in the wishlist that I think would be good, but recommendations on what to take out to replace them would be nice.
