Commander: Atarka, World Render

Maybeboard

Basically when a big flyer has double-strike and trample, someone is gonna take some serious damage. That's pretty much the goal here.

ATARKA - Though she provides neither the color variety nor the effortlessness of similar Dragon Commanders like Prossh, Kaalia, and Scion, Atarka gives you access to world-class green ramp and a large pool of mono-red dragons (the explosiveness of which very much compliment Atarka's double-strike buff.) Not only does she turn your dragons into ruthless damage engines, but she herself is a threat to deal lethal General Damage in just two attacks.

ZIRILAN OF THE CLAW - Can cheat out self-pumping Shivan Dragon, Moonveil Dragon, or Moltensteel Dragon to go for big damage. You can fetch Kilnmouth Dragon or Bogardan Hellkite for quick, cheap damage on any player's turn. Get Two-Headed Dragon if you have multiple attacks to deal with. On your turn, you can get Hellkite Tyrant to steal an opponent's Artifacts. And possibly most powerful of all, Steel Hellkite to wipe out threatening cards.

SHAPESHIFTERS - Changelings can be extremely useful to fill in creature slots where there aren't many quality, budget-friendly dragons. I used to play more (most recently Changeling Titan), but each time you spend mana putting creatures on the ground, you've lost an opportunity to strengthen your aerial blitz.

TRAMPLE BUFFERS - Trample in conjunction with Double Strike is absolutely silly. It's the principle that can turn this deck into a monster. I favor non-permanent spells like Overwhelming Stampede, Overrun, and Ghor-Clan Rampager for this purpose. Enchantments like Primal Rage are great, but they're simply too easily disposed of in multiplayer games. As for permanents I actually do like, Kessig Wolf Run and Skarrg, the Rage Pits are nice and tough to remove (since they're lands) without your opponent wasting resources.

MISSING POWER CARDS - You might notice that I'm not including several obvious draconic staples like Dragonlord Atarka and Balefire Dragon. Believe me, I'd love to play these cards and they'd work marvelously in the deck. But I simply can't afford them. If you decide to make an Atarka build like this and want to add those cards or a Dragon Broodmother or what have you, have at it. A budget list makes the deck accessible to everyone, not just hardcore players and collectors.
