Muneco got a playset of Ghostly Prison & Brainstorm plus the Mana Web . Check out the new look dawg.

Hoping to interact the Brainstorm w/ Evolving Wilds to mana fix & gain some card advantage haha

Neat build, definitly looks evil. If you ever decide you want to put a little more money into it, you could go for some Ensnaring Bridge . +1

Hey,

Thanks for the comment and the +1

Ensnaring Bridge would be perfect since I dont need to ever attack w/ creatures. If I ever get my hands on some Ill toss em in haha.

I think you need more removal. If they have a serious beater, they just need to make sure when they tap that you lose life faster than they do.

PS. My favorite black control card is Tainted AEther . I think it would fit well.

After a bunch of playtesting, you are definitely right about the early game removal. Probably Swords to Plowshares or even a quick Journey to Nowhere would suffice. I'm not sure what to take out in it's place though.

Tainted AEther is a sick card though man. I dont think it has a place in this build because opponents could sac their enchanted lands late game and take away my only win con haha.

Ha. Good point. I was thinking they were universal enchantments like Manabarbs or Scald .

PS. If you swapped black for red you'd get spells like Manabarbs , Ajani Vengeant , Dwarven Driller , Dingus Egg , etc.

Just a different route to take.

Haha yeah I've considered splashing in red for Mana Barbs and Ajani Vengeant would be interesting and is a tank.

I have a land destruction deck La Casa de Veneno which is pretty decent I think haha.

If I went 4 color mana fixing would be a huge pain though.I could dabble with it but if I cut black I would lose 2 mana enchantments.. This deck definetly needs a little something though to help it perform better..

Stab Wound , One Thousand Lashes , Sinister Possession , Contaminated Bond , Nettling Curse , Painful Quandary , Polluted Bonds , and Soul Bleed all can be fun when bleeding your opponent dry.

I do like it though and really can't think of many more suggestions for you.

Orcinbob thanks! I like your deck alot too.

Rocknj06 Thanks for all the suggestions! I'm not sure that the creature enchantments would do me much good, but those are defenetly something to build a deck around.

Polluted Bonds is awesome though and I';ve been thinking about going U/B. THats a super intriguing card! Thanks for the advice!

Yeah, with all of your pay to attack defense, I realize it wouldn't really matter much, but I figured that if you wanted to drop them, you could switch them out for the creature based cards and play a little bit of a riskier game.

However, besides Polluted Bonds , I would still highly consider the Stab Wound since it doesn't require the creature to attack in order for it to bleed them dry. And if you wanted to add the red, the Nettling Curse will be able to force your opponent to attack, losing not only the 3 life it costs to attack, but the life lost by the required tapped mana in order to attack with your defensive stand.

Decided to go Dimir, and singleton the Polluted Bonds , I agree Stab Wound could be good but I'm not sure I would be able to open up a slot for it.

Also put in the War Tax because it will allow me a mana dump mid game.

Cheers

Rhystic Study is an amazing card in here. Having multiples out is just as good as having multiple Propaganda s out, the accumulate. I suggest running 3 because you said in your description you tend to drag on to late game and have a lot of mana. This will keep your tempo very very strong dig through your library very very quickly. I wouldn't run any less than 3. Now I am unsure about what to take out though because you know your deck more than me. I've only play tested a few time. but let me know if you like the idea of running more and try it!
