• Life from the Loam + Chandra, Flamecaller as a draw engine.

• Life from the Loam + Buried Ruin as a way to recur artifacts like Wurmcoil Engine and Batterskull late game or pick them out from the graveyard if they are dredged.

• Countryside Crusher is a threat that demands an answer and synergizes with Life from the Loam and Wildfire.

• Talisman of Progress, Mind Stone, and Everflowing Chalice as ramp that survives Wildfire.

The finishers

• Wildfire is the goal of the deck, and if it resolves, it should usually win you the game. Countryside Crusher and Wurmcoil Engine should survive, and most creatures played in modern do not. A Countryside Crusher that survives is also likely to get +8/+8.

• Chandra, Flamecaller threatens 6 damage a turn, can wipe the board, and works great as a draw engine with Life from the Loam, which is a good way to find more threats.

• Wurmcoil Engine is an extremely resilient finisher which can shut down aggro and mid-range strategies on it's own. You can get them back late game with Buried Ruin, and get Buried Ruin back with Life from the Loam.
