This is one of my early takes on Sultai Control for the new Guilds of Ravnica Standard. There are two iterations that I'm working on, with the other build I'm trying a version that has 2 Mission Briefing squeezed in. The goal is to use Cast Down, Ritual of Soot and permission spells to manage the early board, with Assassin's Trophy to take care of the bigger late game stuff when the land doesn't have as much of an impact. You'll want to try to avoid using Assassin's Trophy before turns 5-6 to avoid getting double spelled before you have the resources to handle it
