This deck tries to take advantage of Goblin Piledriver's ability to buff off of other attacking goblins. It also includes other threats such as Goblin Rabblemaster and Butcher of the Horde.

------Deck Breakdown------

------Creatures------

Monastery Swiftspear: Though not a goblin, she is a 1/2 haster, which can get damage through early, and there are 15 spells which activate her prowess ability.

Butcher of the Horde: The game ending card. Four cost for a 5/4 flying with a very diverse ability makes it a staple of a Mardu deck. Bloodsoaked Champion and the tokens generated by Goblin Rabblemaster, Mardu Ascendancy, Hordeling Outburst, and Dragon Fodder are prime targets for its ability.

Goblin Piledriver: One of the big threats in the deck. It is buffed by every other attacking goblin, which can get crazy with Goblin Rabblemaster and Mardu Ascendancy.

Goblin Rabblemaster: Another staple of Mardu decks. Generates tons of tokens and can make a huge board presence if not dealt with early. Its tokens are perfect targets for Butcher of the Horde's ability as they are expendable, as well as to buff Goblin Piledrivers.

Goblin Glory Chaser : This goblin is a decent one drop that has the potential to become a threat, as the menace ability can make it easy to push damage through early. It also has synergy with Goblin Piledriver.

Foundry Street Denizen : With all the red creatures in coming into play in this deck, this creature can be a pretty big threat early.

Blood-Chin Rager: Though not a gobln, it gives all of my goblins menace while it attacks (except the tokens, as they are not warriors). It definitely helps push damage through.

------Non-Creature Spells------

Crackling Doom: One of my favorite removal spells. It can get rid of big creatures that may interfere with attacks, or to get rid of creatures that are out of burn range.

Gods Willing : A great card to protect creatures from removal. This card has won me many games.

Lightning Strike: A cheap, flat out burn spell.

Mardu Ascendancy : On turn 3 when it is played, this card will generate at least a few goblins, which will help buff Goblin Piledriver, and also put pressure on an opponent as they become quite numerous. They are also good sac outlets for the Butcher.

------Sideboard------

Bile Blight: Useful in getting rid of creatures that are the same, as well as threats with 3 toughness or less.

Despise : A very useful card. Can get rid of a creature or a planeswalker for one. Also, it allows you to look into an opponents hand to see what removal they have to plan attacks around.

Roast : Gets rid of many creatures, such as Siege Rhino and Rabblemaster.

Duress: Removal can cause many problems for my deck, so this card can be brought in to get those spells out of the way.

Circle of Flame : Mono red aggro is ran by a few people at my FNM venue, so this card is useful to destroy most of their creatures.

Thanks for taking a look at the deck!

Went 2-2 in the tournament. I think my deck performed well, and it gave me a better idea of what I need to do to improve it.

Round 1 Abzan Midrange: I lost the round 2-1. One game I got stuck on two lands, and the other I couldn't generate any tokens for Piledriver as he Thoughtseized both of my Mardu Ascendancys.

Round 2 Mono Blue: I lost the first game because I got stuck on two lands again. He played Master of Waves and got 10 tokens, which killed me as I couldn't deal with it. Games 2 and 3 went my way a lot more. It was awesome that Piledrivers pro blue ability became relevant, as I could swing with it through his creatures.

Round 3 Jeskai Burn: I won the round 2-0. Piledrivers pro blue was awesome again as it could get through his Mantis Riders. He didn't draw/have enough burn to deal with my Piledrivers.

Round 4 Mono Red: I lost the round 2-0. He had too many tokens, which made it so I couldn't get damage though, as he would just trade his tokens for my more valuable creatures. I also didn't draw any of my sideboard cards (Circle of Flame) which would have been a huge help.

I think I have some minor stuff to improve, but overall I like the deck. The winner of both game day events ran a similar Mardu deck with the goblin focus, so I know the deck can be pretty good.
