Arvad is a pretty non-interactive commander, but I liked the guy, so I thought I'd give it a try. I'd argue this is the first stage of the deck. I'll probably throw more money at it later. I threw in a few cycling cards in for good measure because drawing things is great!

The deck is just your traditional beat things up, but with a legends theme. There is an emphasis on smaller costed legends because they pop-out before Arvad and therefore benefit the most from him hitting the board. It has a focus on putting stuff back in my hand as well because I need those legendary creatures to keep flowing. Just in case I'm having trouble getting there, I have the old favorite combo of Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood. The deck has wipes and spot removal to clean-up bigger threats. The artifact land is there for a free untap of Traxos, Scourge of Kroog. Archangel of Thune is there to be Rita Repulsa and make my monsters grow.

Soul of New Phyrexia is there to run interference on board wipes and Soul of Innistrad is there for more graveyard recursion.

Ravos, Soultender and Tymna the Weaver are the back-up commanders if I ever feel like changing it up.
