When I found Graceblade Artisan was in DTK, I got super excited. This Last Air-bending, Ang Wana-be, Lightsaber Wielding, Jeskai Monk was the perfect card to finally make me create a budget enchantment deck. And yes, it is budget without the temples and strands rounding out at just $32.
Now, this seems risky and some will not enjoy the premiss but the idea is: let the opponent play cards, but cripple them immediately ( Pacifism , Reduce in Stature ) until you can play your major creature Graceblade Artisan and boost it up to being a terrifying double-strike Battle Mastery creature that gets tons of bonuses from low cost enchantments like Glaring Aegis and Aqueous Form . And for some serious power Sage's Reverie is waiting to add a devastating blow.
Like I said, this seems risky, but so far its been nothing but deadly. With cards like Sidisi's Faithful to bounce anything troublesome, Wall of Frost to buffer any damage, Jeskai Infiltrator and Gudul Lurker to get some quick, unblockable damage and while flooding the field for blocking, the risk is greatly minimized.
Finally, Hero of Iroas is there to help those boosts keep their cost low. While Lotus-Eye Mystics and Ojutai's Command are laying around to bring back Sidisi's Faithful , Hero of Iroas or any needed enchantment. Finally, Shu Yun, the Silent Tempest makes any low cost enchantment into a scary double-strike attack.
To put it simply, control the beginning, then boost, then overrun. GG, because at that point its over.
