Disable opponents board with Winter Orb. Prevent yourself from running low on mana by combining Unwinding Clock with the 12 artifact lands and producing mana with Sol Ring instead of lands. Also reduce mana costs with Etherium Sculptor and Foundry Inspector.

Deal continiously damage directly to opponent with Staff of Nin, Tezzeret's Simulacrum and Reckless Fireweaver. Use the creatures for defense only. Because you're dealing little damage periodicly instead of big damage at once, deny opponents re-gaining life with Leyline of Punishment.

If Unwinding Clock, Voltaic Key or Tezzeret the Seeker is on the battlefield, untap and use Staff of Nin and Tezzeret's Simulacrum multiple times per round.

If all these combos fail, become aggro and attack with Broodstar, Clockwork Hydra and let Tezzeret the Seeker turn all your artifacts (including lands) into 5/5 creatures.

Optional win condition: Generate an infinite loop with Voltaic Key and Time Vault. I can't afford Time Vault, but if you can, win the game in turn 3.
