This deck was made to mill without artifacts, relying on spells and creatures to mill while keeping myself alive with the white mana and walls. with just a splash of white, this mostly blue deck mills freely without worrying about some of the more recent Guilds of Ravnica threats like Undergrowth, Jump-Start, and Surveil, all with the help of Rest in Peace , milling things directly into exile.

Additionally, to troll players I have Fall of the Thran + Planar Cleansing to clear the board in addition to milling things into exile with Rest in Peace . The combo is expensive but if you play Planar Cleansing , next turn follow up with Fall of the Thran , and then bring two lands from the graveyard to the battlefield with it's second saga ability, you'll have enough mana to cast Rest in Peace .
