Thopter Foundry + Sword of the Meek already equals as many thopters as mana you can produce. Now add Time Sieve, and it becomes an infinite turn combo.

Master Transmuter is great when you have a Sphinx of the Steel Wind or Blightsteel Colossus in your hand and a 0 cmc artifact on the battlefield. Now the power houses can be played for one blue mana.

Master of Etherium can also become a power house quickly because all the cards (excluding Tolarian Academy and Tezzeret the Seeker ) are artifacts.

Why wait to draw a power house when you can have a copycat on the battlefield? Skill Borrower can become the card you need to win a game. Sensei's Divining Top only increases the chances of winning earlier in the game. In addition, if I don't like the cards, I can scry them away with Crystal Ball.

Is there any artifact/artifact creature that has an ability like Crystal Ball so it can scry but also has an ability to draw as well?
