This deck is a Mono-Black Tribal Vampires deck. It's overall theme is to Siphon off life points from an opponent(s) and gain that much life or more for the decks controller. This deck contains 64 cards and has a Left Skewed Mana Curve to provide faster card play with average win conditions between turns 5-8. This deck has minor token generating abilities, and if played in a group or multiplayer game format, will draw a lot of aggro from your opponents.
When starting a game, the decks controller's first priority is to drop as many Vampire creatures onto the battlefield as possible between turns 1-3. Therefor the decks controller should focus on playing drop creatures on turn 1, such as Vicious Conquistador and Pulse Tracker. Both of these vampire creatures have the ability to make the opponent lose 1 life whenever they attack. This will get the ball rolling for the strategy of going for your opponents life points directly.
On turn two use drop creatures such as Blood Seeker. This card provides a penalty to your opponent for summoning creatures by reducing the opponents life points by 1 for each creature the opponent summons. This will discourage the opponent from summoning multiple creatures to the battlefield for fear of loosing to many life points. If your opponent has a creature on the battlefield at this point use Fatal Push to destroy that creature and clear a path to your opponent's life points. you can now attack with either Vicious Conquistador or Pulse Tracker and hit you opponents life points for 1 damage and an additional 1 damage for their card abilities.
By turn three the decks controller should be playing drop creatures, either Captivating Vampire or Drana, Liberator of Malakir. This is where you begin to apply +1/+1 buffs to your vampire creatures and begin going on the offensive. From here on your primary focus should be to buff your vampires as much as possible and attack. At this point you should also be looking to play Arterial Flow, this will reduce the amount of cards in your opponent's hand by 2 and siphon 2 life points from your opponents and give them to you. This is also a good time to play Feast of Blood to destroy your opponent's creatures and gain 4 life and play Night's Whisper to draw more cards giving you more play options but you will have to pay two life to use this card. Also you should use Dark Ritual to help play some higher cost cards earlier in the game for and added advantage.
On turn four you should be playing either of the drop vampire creatures Vampire Nocturnus and Bloodline Keeper  . Vampire Nocturnus will give itself and other vampire creatures +2/+1 and they will have flying. this will give your vampires easier access to attack your opponents life points directly and for much larger bite. Bloodline Keeper  's ability will allow you to generate a 2/2 black vampire creature token with flying. You can also pay and transform Bloodline Keeper   into Lord of Lineage giving your other vampire creatures +2/+2 and he has his ability for generating vampire tokens. If you want to rack up some serious life points you can play a Whip of Erebos to give your creatures lifelink. Now you can send all your vampires to attack and give you life points for the massive damage they will be dealing out by this point.
By turn five if you haven't won the game you can make a victory all but impossible for your opponent by playing Exquisite Blood. This will allow you to gain life whenever an opponent looses life points and since your vampire should be buffed with +/+ abilities they should be swinging for huge number at your opponents. this will allow you to get your life points into the triple digits in a few turns when you combine this with the Whip of Erebos to give your creatures lifelink. This will effectively double the life points gained when your creatures attack.
