OK, first of all, thanks for the suggestions, I've been super busy lately and have just got around to updating the deck. Been playtesting recently, and this is the deck in it's current state. I've decided to forgo running the Eldritch Moon werewolves, just because the deck is so focused on the flip mechanic. This may change in the future, which will be reflected in the decklist :3 The commander choice section is updated to Commander 2016.
Command Beacon, Vivid Crag, Vivid Grove, Vivid Meadow, Krosan Verge, Decimator of the Provinces (not a wolf, but it fits very well into a strategy like this), Spirit of the Hunt, Waxing Moon, Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, Sol Ring, Collective Defiance, Scourge Wolf, Kessig Prowler Flip, Pack Guardian and Game Trail are all good picks for this deck.

I'd use Xenagos, God of Revels for a Gruul wolf deck IMO

Silverfur Partisan and Abbey of the East Vale have been spoiled. The Abbey gives us a face-over transform LAND of all things. I really hope there is a 'whenever a permanent you control transforms, x' card in here somewhere.... :)
