I’m primarily an EDH player and this is my first Pauper deck. I was attracted to Pauper initially because it’s super cheap but then I looked into it some and it seemed super fun, and this is my first attempt at a deck for the format.

I heard that Elves are a fairly common deck in Pauper and I have an Ezuri, Renegade Leader EDH elf deck that I enjoy so I decided to try this. It aims to do what elves do best; make tons of creatures, make tons of mana, and swing for the win.

Currently I’m trying to decide between Adventurous Impulse and Commune with Nature . I’m gonna playtest with both several times and see which I like more. Lead the Stampede is similar as well but it’s far better than both and is definitely staying in.

Also I’m considering taking out Broken Bond (ideally for Gleeful Sabotage but it’s also more expensive than I want it to be, so maybe Naturalize or Molder ) as I don’t feel like I generally have enough lands where there will be some in hand to take advantage of it. I haven’t been able to play test this as much as I would like to so I’m not sure yet, but I feel like this might be a good change.
