Merfolk Tribal Deck

It has all the basic things that you would expect from a tribal. It centers around swinging wide with multiple unblockables. However, it is also capable of making a big swinger of Kumena, Tyrant of Orazca, the merciless tyrant. Cards like Coat of Arms and Door of Destinies add upon the already impressive synergy of the Merfolk.

Important Cards

Hadana's Climb   - This is great for spreading a lot of counters upon which many cards in this deck rely on. Such as Path of Discovery, Hardened Scales, or Herald of Secret Streams. Plus, more power is good power.

Tishana, Voice of Thunder - The deck already has great drawing potential thanks to Kumena, Tyrant of Orazca and friends like Kindred Discovery and Seafloor Oracle.

Merrow Commerce - This allows multiple hits off of Kumena, Tyrant of Orazca. It also allows you to be very aggressive with your swinging.

Thada Adel, Acquisitor - Almost every commander deck runs Sol Ring which instantly makes this card viable. You can also hunt down other mana rocks or whatever you see fit.

Deepchannel Mentor - Most of the creatures in this deck are at least partially . With all the on damage cards to pair this with, makes the mentor have insane potential.

Fun Combos

Deeproot Elite + Rite of Replication - Pairing this with the commander leads to one really big boy with 15 new counters on him. It also pairs nicely with Path of Discovery and Kindred Discovery

I'm sure there are more which I will put here.

Negatives

This deck is susceptible to board wipes. Although it can pick up the pace quickly, it is difficult to start up since many of the creatures are small on their own. Early game does have a heavy reliance on Islandwalking, but there are ways to make islands and/or make Merfolk unblockable. I'm sure our lovely community here will be happy to point out the things I have not seen yet.
