Exchanged Fact or Fiction for Mystic Remora, similarly dropped Dross Scorpion and Myr Moonvessel for Dramatic Reversal and Isochron Scepter. In testing, Reversal seems great, Scepter seems... less great as it is way more situational. Stoic Rebuttal was removed for Arcane Denial, and a single land was removed for Mystical Tutor to more adequately find Reversal to accelerate going off by one whole turn.
Reversal works wonders, as it is basically 1U: Untap Arcum. If you have mana rocks or creatures that produce mana, you will often break even or net gain. Reversal + Scepter forms an infinite combo if you have at least 2 mana from non-land sources, of which this deck runs 13, and 6 of those produce at least 2 mana by themselves.
Scorpion seems less and less useful as it's really only great when used in conjunction with Possessed Portal and Myr Turbine, of which Portal doesn't really require that much upkeep (and Unwinding Clock/Clock of Omens are tutorable and easily serve the same function with Turbine).
