Tinker is commander

the deck is fast all-in combo deck, and our main plan is:

1. isorev - fetch and use Citanul Flute if needed - fetch Sensei's Divining Top and draw entire deck - Walking Ballista

commander grabs any artifacts so the deck only need Dramatic Reversal in hand to combo off. (normally we have some creatures to sac and some ramp artifacts when trying go off)

rev in hand is extremely important that i used a bit convoluted tutoring way like Personal Tutor - Merchant Scroll - rev or Dizzy Spell - Mystical Tutor - rev

intuition pile is usually Mystical Tutor / Merchant Scroll / Snapcaster Mage

can also win with Rings of Brighthearth + Basalt Monolith + Top, but it takes so much time to fetch 3 artifacts.
