I love artifacts. I love mono-blue. I love free stuff. I love Myr. This deck has all of it! What more could anyone possible hope for?

If you don't like these things (for some crazy reason) this deck has plenty more to offer. A casual, somewhat budget, customizable deck that should lead to some fun EDH games that will involve some exciting interactions, interesting combos, and more!

The general plan of this deck is to play mana rocks to get Arcum Dagsson out early, along with at least one artifact creature (these constraints overlap nicely with cards like Silver Myr, Manakin, and the like). Once Arcum Dagsson is out and has fuel, he can search for any of the many non-creature artifacts in this deck and put them on the battlefield. These can be tailored to suit your needs at the time. For example, if you need to protect Arcum right away and already have extra creatures to sacrifice, you can search up Eldrazi Monument, That Which Was Taken, or Lightning Greaves. Once he's protected, or if you need a steady stream of creatures to sac, you can get yourself a Myr Turbine or Prototype Portal. At this point, you can just keep playing artifact creatures using them to search up whatever you need.

Need more mana? Grab a Caged Sun. Opponent flooding the board with creatures? Get a Nevinyrral's Disk. But don't set it off before cheating in Darksteel Forge to make pretty much everything you have indestructible, including the disk itself, so you can do it every turn. Or you could just bring out Contagion Engine. That not good enough for you? Try Darksteel Forge or Eldrazi Monument plus Pariah's Shield and any artifact creature. If you choose the Monument, just make sure you have a Myr Turbine, Thopter Spy Network, or at least two of Junk Diver/Myr Retriever/Workshop Assistant so you never run out of creatures to sacrifice. Want to get your opponent's removal out of the way so you can focus on your own machinations? Slave their minds with Mindslaver and cast it all on their own creatures! What if you're about to die and have no other options? Well, there's always Lich's Mirror. Start again.

"But Butterpeat," you may ask, "these are all great for how not to lose, but how do you win?" Well, look no further. You may already have Myr Turbine out, so now just search for Myr Incubator and sacrifice it to exile most of your deck and put out 20-50 Myr tokens, depending on how long the game has gone and how many artifacts you are willing to forsake for this cause. To protect against sweepers, you maybe should have the Forge or Monument out at this point, but I'll leave that up to you. Now all you need to do is tap 5 of the Myr with the Turbine and find Myr Battlesphere. You can figure out the rest. Too complicated for you? Don't have the Turbine or Forge out? Don't worry, I have more. Just follow these simple instructions: Go get Whispersilk Cloak and Scytheclaw. Attach to creature. Turn sideways. Repeat as necessary. But here's my favorite one. Just hide behind an invincible Pariah's Shield and let the others duke it out. Then crush the weakened survivor however you chose. If you like politics (or don't like getting ganged up on), you can instigate fighting yourself. "If you attack him instead, I'll use That Which Was Taken on your creature". Or you can really mess things up with Soul Conduit and make someone REALLY happy, at the expense of someone else being really angry. But pretty much anything they could do against you just bounces off Pariah's Shield. Ahh, the joys of multiplayer...

This deck is still under constant adaptation, so comments, criticisms, questions, opinions, observations, judgements, annotations, inquiries, remarks, editorials, and animadversions are always welcome!

Here is a link to the imaginary budgetless version. Please note that I have no experience playing decks on this competitive of a level, and many cards I've included are too expensive for me to even look at, much less play with enough to understand the metagame and the like, so I'm sure it's horrible by those standards. As such, criticisms and critiques from more experienced and competitive players are welcome, along with everyone else who is just as clueless as me :)
