Infinite combo tutor deck, with lots of ramp and mana dorks, it can be surprisingly fast at this budget. my go-to i-need-to-win deck, but i definitely don't play it every game.

I just added Rings of Brighthearth and it makes this deck go NUTS!!! If you get three tutors out of Arcum, it basically guarantees the game.
First tutor: Myr Turbine.
Second tutor: Rings of Brighthearth
Now you can copy both myr turbine's ability, to make an extra token, and arcum daggsons tutor, to get two tutors in one turn. Make sure all your mana and tap states are correct:
Simultaneous Third and Fourth tutor: Basalt Monolith and Planar Portal. With two lands untapped to start the mana, Now you have infinite colorless mana, you get two additional tutors from planar portal, and if you get Dross Scorpion and Altar of Dementia, then you can get infinite untaps of all your artifacts, tutor out your infinite turn combo, tutor out a Spine of Ish Sah and Grinding Station to destroy all of your opponents permanents one at a time, and tutor out Myr Battlesphere and a haste equipment to swing for infinite damage to one player.
If it goes off it is awesome!!!

Infinite Mana:
Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth
or
Dross Scorpion + Thopter Squadron + Basalt Monolith
swap in: Pentavus, Dreamstone Hedron, Thran Dynamo.

Infinite Mill:
Dross Scorpion + Myr Turbine + Altar of Dementia
Dross Scorpion + Pentavus + Altar of the Brood. with inf. mana.
swap in: Grinding Station , Thopter Squadron
Or: infinite mana + Myr Retriever + Junk Diver + Altar of Dementia.
swap in: Grinding Station , Altar of the Brood.

Infinite turns:
Prototype Portal + Ugin's Nexus +Trading Post
swap in: Phyrexia's Core , Grinding Station

Prevent all damage:
any artifact creature + Darksteel Forge + Pariah's Shield.
