Mono Blue Control-Combo deck. Obviously need to add a Sol Ring. I do have a Mana Crypt I can swap in from another deck if I was really trying to optimize it. Mostly just trying to make it run as smoothly as possible.

Game plan is fairly straight forward, classic control elements with counters, draw, utility to stall the game out until I can ramp into some bigger bomb plays. Arcanis/Mind over Matter, Omniscience and anything, Enter the Infinite/Lab Maniac or Chasm Skulker, usually win the game.
