Hello and welcome to the fastest deck I've ever designed, AKA the Arcane Shotgun

I can really only afford to build relativity cheap decks and this is surprisingly budget. If you've looked at the card list you can probably tell what I'm going for, but I'll show my thought process:

The Goal: Kill by turn 4 at the latest. This deck is not meant to go mid or late game at all. Either your opponent dies turn 2-4 or you lose.

The Shotgun: Monastery Swiftspear if you've been playing Modern you know this card well. Amazing 1 drop that works wonders with the right ammunition.

Kiln Fiend if this guys is allowed to attack unanswered he will end the game.

The Ammunition: Phyrexian mana allows decks like this to work, See: Mutagenic Growth, Gut Shot and Gitaxian Probe. The probe is just perfect for this deck.

Apostle's Blessing is great, easy to cast protection. Mind you, this can be used for defense to save against a Path to Exile or used to give protection against your opponent's creatures to swing through.

Assault Strobe paired with a few spells is how swiftspear can grant a turn 2 kill.

Serum Visions because draw and scry for cheap is very helpful and Faithless Looting is great for getting dead cards out of your hand.

Lightning Bolt cause duh.

Flamekin Harbinger is another great turn 1 to grab our Kiln Fiend for turn 2.

Thinking about splashing black for Tainted Strike for surprise infect!

Upvotes and suggestions are very welcome. I strongly suggest playtesting this deck, it's the most fun I've ever had playtesting on Tappedout!
