Some words about the deck: So far this is this decks 12th overhaul (Hopefully the last one too lmao) it has gone through 5 commanders now including Medomai the Ageless , Isperia, Supreme Judge, Ephara, God of the Polis , Lavinia of the Tenth and Hanna, Ship's Navigator . In the end I wanted this deck to be my one and only hyper competitive deck that I could whip out on the nights that I just want to win... period

Some words about Arbiter

Do you love having your friends hate you? consistently winning on turn 3-5? not giving a flip flap how many people desperately try to stop you but fall so far short? Do you like the color blue and white? then this deck is for you. Arbiter is a cool commander and currently an S++ tier commander in the current competitive list. His ability allows your spells to cost less (or if its and ) while being an annoying little prick to everyone else at the board making that drop sol ring a spicy no-go. There is nothing more satisfying then watching your opponent struggle to come up with just more (even better when you counter that hard worked for spell)

Aso for the deck I have subbed tons of cards while rigorously testing it in tons of games consisting of 4 players. This deck is best played in a 1v1 situation BUT it does VERY VERY well in 4 players games.Honestly any more then that will draw too much hate and you'll most likely be targeted first and sent blasting off like team rocket.

How does the deck work?

While it's not a true STAX deck but there are plenty enough of enchantments and artifacts that will keep your opponents starring at there mana base and hand for their entire turn before frustratingly muttering "pass". You want to draw out your combos as fast as possible whether its with straight up card draw or one of the tons of tutors available.

All-Stars of the Deck

1. Aphetto Alchemist is the top dog of the deck or the "general" if you would; a beautiful and simple . Him and his special Illusionist's Bracers allow you to untap artifacts and creatures infinitely. This allows you to do things like draw out your deck, infinite mana, infinite EVERYTHING.
2. Spellskite I honestly shouldn't even have to explain why this card is an absolute incredible addition to this deck or any blue deck.
3. Capsize This pretty boy in youre hand means game usually.
4. Isochron Scepter Infinite Possibilities.

Combos

These are some basic combos explained so that you know what cards are doing what. I wont be explaining all of them but once you have a couple runs of the deck you'll understand what cards you need and when. REMEMBER THAT ALL APHETTO COMBOS CAN BE REPLACED WITH TIDEWATER MINION Infinite Mana Combos: 1. Aphetto Alchemist + Illusionist's Bracers + Sol Ring or Gilded Lotus or Mox Diamond or Mana Crypt 2. Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal + any 2 mana rocks (exe. Mox Diamond and Gilded Lotus or Sol Rings and Mox Diamond) 3. Infinite draw Aphetto Alchemist + Illusionist's Bracers + Archivist or Sensie's Divining Top 4. Infinite Counterspell Aphetto Alchemist + Illusionist's Bracers + Isochron Scepter + any 2 drop counterspell 5. Infinite board bounce Capsize plus infinite mana or Aphetto Alchemist + Illusionist's Bracers + Isochron Scepter + Boomerang

Oh shit another blue player at the table? He what? Countered Aphetto? That's perfectly fine, you have Tidewater Minion to take his place. Tidewater is even better then Aphetto except for the fact that he cost mana.
