Mash up between U/W Approach, and Fleeting Sanity standard mill.

The deck basically plays as a standard U/B Approach, but with the addition of Fraying Sanity and the Slither Blade/Navigator's Ruin combo. The rest of the deck is designed to protect the combo pieces, and mill for the win or the Approach of the Second Sun win con. Additionally, I've included one copy of Fleet Swallower for the instant mill win.
