Strategy

This is a deck geared around burst re-animating as many 0/0 creatures as possible coupled with some +1/+1 counter synergies, such as the Abzan Outlast creets, doublers like Corpsejack Menace, and a couple of Haste enablers like Crashing Drawbridge and Concordant Crossroads to capitalise on your sudden board state.

Synergies and Combos

Due to the deck style, generally you'll want an ideal re-animation pile, normally of 2-4 creatures, combined with some 0/0s. The goal is using your 10 power allocation on these piles and then bringing with it as many 0/0s as possible. Following are a few piles and what they can do with your 0/0s:

• Reveillark/Karmic Guide + Death Damage Dealer (Blood Artist, Syr Konrad, the Grim) + Sac Outlet (Carrion Feeder, Viscera Seer)

  This is a standard combo in a lot of Abzan decks that infinitely cycles Karmic Guide and Reveillark for damage with Blood Artist.

• Triskelion + Slippery Bogbonder/Reyhan, Last of the Abzan + Sac Outlet

  Lock n' Load. Piling all of your counters onto Triskelion and then firing them into your opponents faces works pretty well. Maximum effect achieved with Corpsejack Menace.

• Luminous Broodmoth + Slippery Bogbonder + Sac Outlet + Non-Flying value target/s

  This achieves different results depending on your value target, so will warrant its own little list:

  - Triskelion + 0/0 = Infinte Trike Shots

  - Armorcraft Judge + 0/0 = Infinite draws

  - Blood Artist + 0/0 = Infinite loss of life

  - Fiend Hunter = Infinite creature exiles (abusing the Fiend Hunter tech)

  - Recruiter of the Guard = Tutor every small target in your deck

  - Woodfall Primus = Infinte non-creature destruction

• Woodfall Primus + Bloodspore Thrinax + Sac Outlet

  Thrinax will need to either devour your Commander or be given a counter some other way during the re-animation (Graft creatures are a good way) then when sacrificing Woodfall Primus, Thrinax will counter the persist and create a loop to destroy as many non-creature permanents as you like.

Wizards have done well to keep en-masse Haste away from non-red reanimation decks, meaning we mostly have to resort to the cost of exiling it by the turns end or equipment. They'd originally fucked up by printing Concordant Crossroads. Wizards however, fucked up again by giving us Crashing Drawbridge, meaning we have 2 ways of ending the game should we fill up the yard enough. Sevinne's Reclamation flashback hopefully gets around accidentally milling either, or if you have lightning greaves out and Drawbridge in the yard, you can turn your single haste enabler into mass haste.
