I was inspired by the Apex cards from the Ikoria set and wanted to build a deck around them. and though there aren't many mutate cards, I have added as many as I could to help activate the mutate abilities. color fixing and costs were my big issues. Though I believe the deck is now more affordable and the color fixing is okay. I know there could be improvements but I don't want to increase the deck's price.
