Hi, this is my theorycrafted mono green elf deck for oathbreaker format, i wanted to keep it at 40 bucks as i am looking to potentially buy elves for the deck and that is my budget, i wanted help looking at the deck and seeing if there would be anything i could put in it or replace in the list that would be better for it, i wanted to use freyalise as the commander but that was a bit too much for my budget, so i opted for Nissa, Nature's Artisan instead as i already own a copy of her. I really would like some help and feedback to see what i can do to the list with my budget Cheers :)

Edit: Changed commander to Vivien, Champion of the Wilds has a cheaper cmc and is only 45 cents more cost wise. added some different cards in, took a few out.
