Adding Beacon of Unrest, Kindred Dominance, New Blood, Patron of the Vein, Sanctum Seeker, Vanquisher's Banner and Vraska's Contempt. Removing Ascendant Evincar, Thief of Blood, Tragic Slip, Palace Siege, Decree of Pain, Door of Destinies and Hero's Downfall.
Thanks for the suggestion. At one point I was tempted to put in Gray Merchant of Asphodel but decided against it because I really wanted to force the tribe theme which is why didn't add him and other other mono-black staples like Crypt Ghast and Magus of the Coffers as they're all non-vampires.

I know he's not a vamp, but in a mono black deck Gray Merchant of Asphodel fits so nicely.
