Abzan +1/+1 counters deck. I found using outlast to be pretty slow mid to late game, so instead of using outlast to apply counters (though it is still an option if safe), I went with other creature effects and non-creature spells. Travel Preparations is very helpful for this (the flashback is great), along with Mikaeus, the Lunarch. This deck can actually be quite resilient.
