This is my second attempt at a token-based strategy in an Elf & Wolf tribal theme. On the first time around I found that individual wolf creature cards had too little impact on the board state. I've also had trouble balancing the mana in this deck. It needs to be fast, but Howl of the Night Pack yields the most value when more lands than dorks are run. Rampant Growth was too slow, and another lame draw past the early turns.

This build runs 12 elves (3 types) who tap for mana. One of which, Elvish Harbinger , can tutor for any of the 6 different elves in this deck. Wolf-Skull Shaman has a great amount of synergy in this build given that over 1 in 3 draws are likely to be an elf. Wren's Run Packmaster gives all wolves deathtouch. There are also interesting synergies when Packmaster dies after championing either Elvish Harbinger or Elvish Visionary . All these elves exist for the purpose of mana ramp and to consistently enable Packmaster.

Now for the wolves. Wolf-Skull Shaman , Wolfbriar Elemental , Raised by Wolves , & Packmaster's activated ability get the first few on the board. Howl of the Night Pack gets a tremendous amount of tokens out. Overrun & Beastmaster Ascension then become the win conditions. These spells can synergize with both the wolf tokens and the elves.

This deck's most obvious weakness is its vulnerability to board wipes and inability to rebound from them. Heroic Intervention is an obvious solution, but I'd like to find a less expensive solution. Rootborn Defenses is an awesome answer, and Elvish Harbinger makes the white splash relatively easy. Moonlight Hunt serves as this deck's only form of removal, but it's usually dead in the early game. I'd love some suggestions for replacing this card.
