An Aminatou deck that focuses on both her top deck manipulation through miracles and her ability to flicker permanents. I appreciate that Aminatou occupies a somewhat new space in Commander, giving us a new flicker general in Esper as well as making miracle cards more viable. Please note that I tend not to play infinite combos. You won't see Felidar Guardian or Palinchron shenanigans in here.

Flickering Fun

The deck contains multiple other "flicker" or "blink" enabler to synergize with Animatou's -1 ability. These ensure we get extra value out of our ETB creatures. Again, please note Deadeye Navigator is not here due to being banned in my playgroup:

Brago, King Eternal: Brago is definitely a star in the deck, mass blinking any nonland permanents. He is one of my prime tutor targets and opponents are wise to destroy him before he can attack.

Venser, the Sojourner: Another flexible blink engine as it can blink any nonland permanent type. His -3 ability and ultimate (if you can get there) can act as win cons.

Kaya, Ghost Assassin: She has fantastic flexibility, being able to blink our own creatures or temporarily get rid of an opponent's threat. Her card draw and life drain abilities are relevant too. If you blink her with Aminatou, you can force each opponent to discard two cards per turn, severely attacking their hands.

Conjurer's Closet: Less fragile than a Planeswalker, Conjurer's Closet isn't as flexible but can still give us a reliable extra trigger each turn.

Oath of Teferi: This card is nuts with Aminatou and any other planeswalker. It blinks something when it enters the battlefield and then allows you to use planeswalker abilities twice. Use Aminatou to blink the planeswalker and then use that same planeswalker twice more!

Restoration Angel: Great blink on a stick that can give you a surprise flying blocker. Being a creature means she can be reanimated as well.

Animatou's Army

So what is Aminatou blinking exactly? Largely value creatures that control the board state, reanimate creatures, or draw cards:

Ramp

Solemn Simulacrum can be blinked to ramp in extra lands.

Gilded Lotus can generate 3 extra mana of any colour.

Peregrine Drake can be blinked to untap 5 lands. Even without infinite combos he offers great extra value.

Card Draw

Liliana's Contract, Mulldrifter, Baleful Strix, and Cloudblazer are all permanents that can be blinked with Aminatou to draw cards.

Rune-Scarred Demon tutors for what we need.

Gonti, Lord of Luxury effectively draws from our opponent's library.

Kaya, Ghost Assassin, Sorin, Grim Nemesis, and Ob Nixilis Reignited are planeswalkers that have card draw options on them. They can be blinked with Aminatou as well.

Control

Ravenous Chupacabra, Ashen Rider, and Oath of Liliana remove creatures.

Venser, Shaper Savant can bounce any nonland permanent while Reflector Mage bounces creatures and traps them in our opponent's hand.

Stonehorn Dignitary locks out an aggressive opponent from combat.

Glen Elendra Archmage can repeatedly counter threats to our board state.

Massacre Wurm acts as a repeatable boardwipe.

Elspeth, Sun's Champion can be bblinked to repeatedly boardwipe or create a token army to protect our planeswalkers.

Reanimation

Karmic Guide and Phyrexian Delver bring back creatures while Archaeomancer brings back instants and soceries, including our miracles, for extra value. Snapcaster Mage gives our spells flashback any instant speed. Sepulchral Primordial can be blinked to repeatedly bring back other people's stuff.

Mortuary Mire can be blinked to bring a creature back to the top of our library.

Peek-a-Boo I See You, Top Card!

Animatou's +1 ability allows us to set up what is on our top deck. The following cards also help set up the top card of our libraries:

Sensei's Divining Top: an easy include in the deck.

Halimar Depths can be blinked to repeatedly set up the top deck.

Lim-Dul's Vault: Allows us to keep digging through our library to sculpt the top of our deck.

Vampiric Tutor and Mystical Tutor: Tutors that allow us to put what we need on top of our deck.

Brainstorm and Ponder: 1 mana cantrips that stack the top of the deck.

It's a Miracle!

These cards are the payoffs for setting up the top of our deck:

Temporal Mastery: Looks like Time Walk is legal in Commander after all! This card usually sets up a value win with two turns in a row of blinking shenanigans.

Entreat the Dead: Another great late game card, bringing back our fallen comrades for more ETB fun.

Terminus and Devastation Tide: These cards are decent removal even when not used as Miracles. As Miracles they are scandalously cheap, allowing us to still do other things on our turn.

Sorin, Grim Nemesis: Use Aminatou's +1 ability to control what is being drawn off the top and drain opponents.
