the theme is around creatures, golems, angels, vigilance, protect the creatures, destroy creatures, revive with valkyrie.
Hi guys, i made a deck.
My very first deck started with 4 Razor Golem and other Vigilance creatures. White weenie was my thing.
I ended up playing death & taxes. A few weeks ago I got rid of my death & taxes deck. Obviously I had to keep the Blade Splicer and put him to my old friend the Razor Golem. Suddenly I had to change some stuff around in my very first deck. So here I am brewing up this white/artifact creature deck.
The concept is still the same: have the strongest army on the board!
- The core: Razor Golem, Blade Splicer, Precursor Golem
- peasants: Hovermyr, Kazandu Blademaster
- protectors: Indomitable Archangel, Gods Willing, Redeem the Lost
- fun stuff and support: Adarkar Valkyrie, Cloudshift, Lightning Greaves
- creature hate: Swords to Plowshares, Sunlance, Pentarch Paladin
- Gear: Lightning Greaves, Grafted Wargear
You start the game off with the 2 drops, get them some equipment, which makes them already hard to deal with.
The next phase would be the most important one: start a golem army.
Then try to keep the army on the field either with Indomitable Archangel or some color protection. Because of the second ability of Precursor Golem a simple 1CMC (Gods Willing) is enough to protect every single golem.
If you by any chance couldnt protect your golem tokens. You are able to Cloudshift the Precursor Golem or the Blade Splicer. You can even do this if there still are one or two tokens, just put Lightning Greaves on the remaining tokens.
If the Adarkar Valkyrie is on the board, try to block with Precursor Golem or Blade Splicer to get a bigger army by reviving them again. It is even possible to Sunlance them and then revive.
Use Pentarch Paladin and Adarkar Valkyrie to get the Enemys on your side.
A fun thing to do is to exploit Swords to Plowshares by exiling your own golemarmy to get a ton of Lifepoints !
Cloudshift the Pentarch Paladin give him Lightning Greaves if you have to kill a second creature in the same turn. Or change the color of the killtargets.
You see there is some cool synergie. But the deck surely can need some changes.
Right now I am thinking about getting rid of the peasants and adding a few control tools.
Would love to hear some ideas, tell me what you think!
