This deck started as a Morphs and Animar deck after watching Jimmy on Game Knights. After playing it a few times and seeing the potential of Animar to just be absolutely ridiculous I've slowly started to mold this deck. A lot of inspiration since the original Morphs build has come from ToffMcSoft and JMCraig

: Tap to cast Hardened Scales , Tap to cast Bond Beetle - Animar, Soul of Elements now has 4 Counters on it. Tap to cast Purphoros, God of the Forge and then cast Ancestral Statue , bouncing itself and recasting it over and over.

Combos

• Animar, Soul of Elements + Ancestral Statue + Purphoros, God of the Forge or Impact Tremors = WINCON. With 4 counters on Animar, Soul of Elements cast Ancestral Statue for free, then using Ancestral Statue 's ability targeting itself bounce Ancestral Statue back your hand and then continue to cast it damaging all opponents with Purphoros, God of the Forge or Impact Tremors on every cast. Need at least mana if Animar is in play and has no counters on it.


• Animar, Soul of Elements + Walking Ballista = WINCON. After using one of the many ways to make Animar, Soul of Elements infinitely huge cast Walking Ballista as an / and proceed to machine gun your opponents dead.


• Cloudstone Curio + Animar, Soul of Elements + any Morph or Peregrine Drake or Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger or any other creature (mana depending) = Really big Animar. Same as Ancestral Statue, cast a Morph, Peregrine Drake , or Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger , all who can be cast for free, and because of Cloudstone Curio bounce another creature back to your hand and continue to do this until Animar is big enough for your liking. Add Purphoros, God of the Forge or Impact Tremors to ping FTW.


• Eternal Witness + Equilibrium = Unlimited graveyard recursion. Tap one mana to use Equilibrium's effect after casting Eternal Witness to bounce Eternal Witness back to your hand. And continue to recur every turn until somebody says "No."


• Peregrine Drake + Deadeye Navigator = If Animar, Soul of Elements has no counters, you will need and at least 2 of them . Cast Peregrine Drake and , then cast Deadeye Navigator . With Peregrine Drake 's new Soulbond ability from Deadeye Navigator pay to bounce Peregrine Drake . When Peregrine Drake enters the battlefield, five lands (one of the lands will need to produce ). Tap all untapped lands you control. Repeat these steps infinitely untapping five lands at a time and tapping them to float infinite mana.


• Imperial Recruiter + Phyrexian Metamorph + Shrieking Drake = really big Animar, Soul of Elements . Cast Imperial Recruiter tutoring for Phyrexian Metamorph . Copy Imperial Recruiter with Phyrexian Metamorph tutoring for Shrieking Drake , which you will use to bounce Phyrexian Metamorph back to your hand. Play Phyrexian Metamorph coping Shrieking Drake to bounce Shrieking Drake back you your hand.... do this until Animar, Soul of Elements is big enough for your liking. Best for 1 v 1 match-ups or if you can play Chandra's Ignition .


• Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Bounding Krasis = Infinite Bounding Krasis and infinite counters on Animar, Soul of Elements . Play Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker or Bounding Krasis . Play whichever remains from the previous step. Tap Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker , targeting Bounding Krasis , to create a copy of Bounding Krasis . When the copy of Bounding Krasis enters the battlefield, gain control of Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker to untap him. Repeat steps 3 and 4, creating infinite Bounding Krasis to attack with. Add Purphoros, God of the Forge or Impact Tremors to ping FTW.


• Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Zealous Conscripts = Infinite Zealous Conscripts and infinite counters on Animar, Soul of Elements . Play Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker or Zealous Conscripts . Play whichever remains from the previous step. Tap Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker , targeting Zealous Conscripts , to create a copy of Zealous Conscripts . When the copy of Zealous Conscripts enters the battlefield, gain control of Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker to untap him. Repeat steps 3 and 4, creating infinite Zealous Conscripts to attack with. Add Purphoros, God of the Forge or Impact Tremors to ping FTW.


• Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker + Combat Celebrant = Infinite combat phases, Combat Celebrant s, and an ever growing Animar, Soul of Elements . Play Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker or Combat Celebrant . Play whichever remains from the previous step. Tap Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker , targeting Combat Celebrant , to create a copy of Combat Celebrant with haste. Attack with the Combat Celebrant copy and exert him to untap all other creatures and take an extra combat phase. Repeat steps 3 and 4, untapping and attacking with infinite Combat Celebrant s and whatever else is on the board.

The "Sideboard" is currently included in my deck, but it will be replaced by what is on the "Acquireboard" once I can find the extra money to finish this beautiful creation.
