Dimir control/tempo deck. Control and draw with instants and sorceries, then slowly but steadily chip down your opponents. My favorite and most fleshed out Pauper deck so far.
A few threats to chip the damage in. Considering replacing a couple Anglers with a couple Mulldrifters for additional card draw. The eight fetch lands enable Brainstorm optimization, thin your deck, and add to your delve resources. Sign in Blood is good card draw value, and can be used to finish off opponents. I've done it, it's funny! No one expects damage to the face from Dimir!
I recently removed Stormbound Geist. Undying and your counter magic make is very hard to remove, but the double blue made it very hard to cast and still have mana up for responses. Might sideboard it in for decks with tons of removal but not counter magic or a 0-100, burst playstyle. The scry 2 on Omenspeaker may be better in the grand scheme of things; with enough removal, discard, and counter spells, you don't really need flying or undying... I also removed Thought Scour. The fetch land, brainstorm, and delve synergies were nice, but I often found myself wishing for a Preordain instead. I found myself wishing for reliable card draw way more often than for more delve resources. I also brought Duress up to a full 4 since the insider-info and hand disruption are so nice to have.
As for the smattering of spells in the Maybeboard, most are three CMC, and as with stormbound geist, 3 CMC can be a burden when you want to have mana up for responses. I might add some once in a while to see how they feel, though.
