Once it goes off, it's quite hard to stop it from doing so.

Wincons

• Self-mill (draw a lot -> Windfall into Jace or Thassa's Oracle)
• Commander damage (evasion and/or extra turns)
• Scoopcity (Omniscience is on the board and you have 20+ cards on hand)

Not truly a competitive deck, but it can be very strong late game and it is a lot of fun to play because of all the options and variation in play.
