Angels of Punishment is an aggressive deck that encourages and rewards attacking. The deck is created mostly from cards from the Boros guild. I mostly fight in group battles of 4 with my friends at a kitchen table so this deck is purely casual and meant for fun.
This was my thinking while creating the deck...
The legendary creatures are all game changers. Gisela's ability to half incoming damage and encourage my friends to attack each other is the best advantage I can imagine having in a four way battle, but only as long as I'm not the biggest threat and she isn't targeted for spot removal, or worse, exiled.
The non-legendaries either have a battalion ability or are strong attackers in and of themselves meant to attack alongside the creatures with battalion. I usually have a lot of flying but I avoided that in favor of creatures with battalion. Glorybringer in paticular is there for a bit of evasion and spot removal.
The boros charms are versatile but mostly kept to make my creatures indestructible and protect against board wipes and spot removal (or allow me to block without losing my precious creatures). Dawn of Hope is a very situational way to get some card advantage but with only three cards geared toward that in the entire deck it isn't reliable.
I specifically chose creature lands both to create mana and create attacking creatures in a pinch to activate batallion.
The goal is synergy and the ability to create a win condition out of any combination of creatures by packing the deck with multiple combos. The main weakness of this deck is the weakness inherent in red and white: mana ramp and card advantage.
