This is the culmination of almost a month of testing, tweaking, and improving a Meren of Clan Nel Toth commander deck. The current result is a robust, powerful synergy deck with three combo kills, five methods to kill after comboing, and only one bad card due to combos.

The deck came about because I'm in a two-card combo hostile commander environment and still wanted to play combo and, in addition, I wanted to make a deck with no dead cards when not comboing.

The only bad card in the deck is Blood Vassal, which still self-sacrifices and ramps.

The combos involve Victimize/Living Death/Twilight's Call, Eternal Witness, and mana producing creatures.

I can't recommend the deck more. It's a fun, durdle-y value deck with powerful interactions which slowly accrues a critical mass of value creatures which can then turn on a dime and combo people out. The deck has one turn 3 kill, but the deck is best at playing the long game and getting tons of value from recurring sweet value nerds.

For reference, the turn three kill is T1: Untapped Green Source, Birds of Paradise, T2: Untapped Black Source, Pawn of Ulamog, T3: Untapped Land, Buried Alive for Eternal Witness, Blood Vassal, and Greenwarden of Murasa, tap Birds for Reanimate targetting Blood Vassal, sac Vassal for BB, sac the Pawn token for 1, use 1BB to Victimize Birds targeting Witness and Vassal, Witness returns Victimize, Blood Vassal sacs for 1BB and you have 1 from the token from Victimizing Birds, then Victimize Witness to get Greenwarden and Vassal with B floating and another token from Victimizing Witness. This loop produces arbitrarily large amounts of Black mana. Then eventually Victimize to get Vassal and Greenwarden with Greenwarden rebuying Buried Alive. Buried Alive for Bloodthrone Vampire, Phyrexian Delver, and Soul of Innistrad, sac Vassal, active Soul of Innistrad to return Bloodthrone, Delver, and Vassal to hand, cast Bloodthrone, Sacrifice Witness/Greenwarden to Bloodthrone, cast Phyrexian Delver recurring Witness to rebuy Victimize, sac witness, sac the eldrazi spawn token to Victimize for Witness and Greenwarden, rebuying Buried Alive and Victimize. From here, you Buried Alive and Victimize back to the battlefield Pathbreaker Ibex and Mogis's Marauder to give Pathbreaker, Marauder, and Bloodthrone Vampire haste and intimidate. Redo the first loop but sacrifice Witness to Bloodthrone and the spawn token to Victimize to make an arbitrarily large creature, tutor for Butcher of Malakir to kill opponent's creatures if necessary while looping, then go to combat and attack with Bloodthrone Vampire, Pathbreaker Ibex, and Mogis's Marauder on different players to hit three opponents for 2 times large, large + 3, and large + 2 respectively. If there are more or less players, you can adjust accordingly.

You can also do this leading with T1: Swamp, Sol Ring, T2: Swamp, Pawn of Ulamog, T3: Either untapped land or Dryad Arbor, same combo but you use the untapped land for the second colorless for Victimize and Victimize the spawn token or, alternately, use the token for the second colorless and victimize Arbor. This method takes the same number of exact cards but the lands required are different.

Last hint: If you play this deck, remember Twilight's Call can be cast as an instant. When combined with the right cards and Massacre Wurm you can kill a table at instant speed. You can also do this during someone's upkeep with Extractor Demon to mill them to death when they move to the draw step.
