Early Game

Where possible your first play should be to get Stitcher's Graft on the field. You should then try to attach it to Sylvan Advocate by Turn 3.

Sylvan Advocate can act as an early attacker or blocker.

Knight of the White Orchid can do early damage, shut down Deathtouch Creatures, or take early Creatures out without dying. It also helps you to avoid being mana or colour screwed. Use it to search for Canopy Vista to see your Opponent's jaw drop.
Mid Game

Put Always Watching on the field.

Hit with Gisela, the Broken Blade
(I used to have Gideon, Ally of Zendikar in this deck, instead of Always Watching, with the following Note - Decide how best to use Gideon, Ally of Zendikar: put his Emblem on the field right away, keep making 2/2 Knight Allies to keep pace with aggro decks, turn him into an Indestructible Creature and attack to keep pressure on decks with medium-sized Creatures.)
Late Game

Attach Stitcher's Graft to Archangel Avacyn , Bruna, the Fading Light, or Brisela, Voice of Nightmares

Play Bruna, the Fading Light and meld her if possible. Whether or not she enters the field she will return an Angel or Human from the Graveyard.
All Game
- Exile and Destroy Opponent Creatures (and sometimes other permanents) with a range of spells: Declaration in Stone, Ixalan's Binding, Settle the Wreckage (added or subtracted to the Sideboard due to the meta).
NOTES

You can attach Stitcher's Graft to a Creature, then move it to another Creature to force Archangel Avacyn to flip when the unequipped Creature dies.

Bruna, the Fading Light can be played when you have Brisela, Voice of Nightmares on the field, without either of them dying to the Legendary rule.
Eerie Interlude protects against board wipes
Ixalan's Binding removes an annoying permanent
Selfless Spirit is another way to protect Creatures
Settle the Wreckage board wipes Opponent Creatures only
Eerie Interlude stop anything from wiping your board, even something that Exiles your Creatures like Settle the Wreckage. If you Exile Archangel Avacyn
your Vreatures will all have Indestructible when they re-enter the battlefield.
Ixalan's Binding remove any game-winning permanent, or any permanent being a problem in the midgame. Smuggler's Cooter is a good target. Is Sorcery speed so could take out Teferi, Time Raveler
Selfless Spirit another card that is useful against Teferi, Time Raveler or any Control deck where you want to overrun with Creatures. Also decent against fast, Aggro decks.
Settle the Wreckage a board wipe that only hits Opponent Creatures, even if they are Indestructible. gets around Planeswalkers like Gideon, Ally of Zendikar due to being an Instant that Exiles.

Secure the Wastes: Provides lots of cheap Creatures in the late game so you can either overrun your Opponent, or avoid saccing a value Creature if your Opppnent uses something like Blighted Fen
