Basic Idea:

Get some great value from pulling cards to hand using Kaalia, Zenith Seeker and using other draw spells, then discard them using wheel or discard spells like Wheel of Fortune or Faithless Looting , and then, cheat in your large flying monsters with things like Reanimate or Quicksilver Amulet . In the face of graveyard hate, use things like Sneak Attack or similar cheat effects from hand.

Ramp

In this iteration, I have strayed away from ramp. The goal of the deck is to never cast a creature from hand for its casting cost until very late game. So we only really need to hit Kaalia's casting cost on turn 3 (no need for sol ring/I am trying to be contrarian). Chromatic Lantern is to fix our mana, Arcane Signet is the new required card in commander (it also is a good turn 2 play), and Dragon's Hoard is half mana rock, half draw engine with this deck.

All good EDH decks have tutors. I have only included a few. They can be removed for cost reasons, or added to if cost isn't a problem. IMO, the only necessary ones are Gamble and Entomb , the rest are good but not necessary.

Cheating into play

Your opponent may see Kaalia, Zenith Seeker and say, I have 5 more turns until he can cast his angel/demon/dragon. But turn 4 they are hitting the field one way or another. We can Exhume turn 4 and no one will have any value to reply with. We can Sneak Attack in a Karmic Guide to pull a Bladewing the Risen who triggers a Bladewing's Thrall and also pulls a Thunder Dragon to wipe the board. Countless options. Countless targets.
